Its slender body is typically a pale brown or white color, accented by two characteristic black spots or bars on its sides, which give it its common name. The Two Spot Blenny is a bottom-dweller, known for its amusing habit of perching on live rock or coral, observing its surroundings with its large, expressive eyes. It is generally peaceful toward other fish species and is considered Reef Safe, though like most blennies, it should be watched around large clams or very fleshy corals.
