The Red Hook Metynnis, are simply the redhook or redhook silver dollar, is a member of the silver dollar family with a bright red anal fin - the red hook. Redhooks are schooling fish collected from the Amazon basin region of Columbia. These are hardy and adaptable fish that create a beautiful sight with other larger fish in the tank. Redhooks eat flakes and pellets.
