Parkisoni Rainbowfish
The Parkisoni Rainbowfish was discovered in 1978 in Papua New Guinea (Indonesia) and has since become a somewhat uncommon member of our aquarium hobby. Bred in Florida these rainbowfish are hardy as long was the water is kept warm and pH is mid 7.5 area. Omniverous, parkisoni rainbows do require some veggies and meats so a good community flake food (Sera for example) should keep them healthy. These are larger rainbowfish and grow to about 4 1/2 inches.
