The Hygger sponge filter offers mechanical and biological filtration for small aquariums. Easy to use and sets right inside the fish tank. Great even for shrimp tanks, betta tanks, and small community tanks. Appropriate for one gallon to ten gallon fish tanks.

It is necessary to have a small air pump, like the hygger mini air pump, to produce the filtration flow. 

Each box comes with a spare filter, but one will last many many months. Just rinse once per week in dechlorinated water.
