Singapore angels come from everywhere around Indonesia and southern Japan except for Singapore. Perhaps that is how the Singapore angelfish got its name. The species is a strong mid-size angelfish and a good tank mate for nearly every marine aquarium. Another very appropriate name for this angelfish is the Vermiculated Angelfish.
