Female bettas are sociable and may be kept in most aquariums, and multiple female bettas can share the same tank. Breeding bettas is a tricky subject and imperils the safety of the female, so please study the subject before attempting this feat.
Female bettas are hardy and colorful but do not have the long fins of the male Betta splendens.

Care Guide
Tank setup: Give them a heater, a filter and lots of plants and hiding places to break up sight lines. Keep a lid on the tank and leave a gap of air under it, since bettas breathe from the surface.
Feeding: Feed a few betta pellets or a pinch of flake once or twice a day. Bettas overeat easily, so small meals are best. They also enjoy frozen bloodworms.
Tankmates: Females can share a tank with small, peaceful fish like corydoras, rasboras and snails. Never add a male to a sorority tank, and avoid fin-nippers.
Good to know: Females color up when relaxed. In a sorority, watch for bullying and remove any female that is constantly chased.
