Pygmy Hatchetfish

The pygmy hatchetfish, found in Colombia and Peru, has small delicate features and indeed is the smallest hatchetfish. These fish are mild mannered and eat flake food. Fine for all community tanks but will not do well with aggressive species. These are great schooling fish for the upper region of the aquarium and will even tolerate small nano tanks - and large peaceful tanks.
