African Dwarf Frog The African dwarf frog will live its entire life underwater. However, they are lung breathers and need access to the surface. These little amphibians will eat flake foods and do well in a gentle community fish tank. In nature they are found in the jungles of Cameroon and Nigeria. All in the aquarium trade are tank raised.
