As San Francisco Bay Brand says right on the package - "Hatch your very own live fish food!". Aquarium fish - tropical freshwater or marine fish - go crazy for live brine shrimp and these critters are a great source of natural proteins and lipids and will promote color in most species. Plus, it's fun to hatch sea monkeys. 

To hatch shrimp use a couple tablespoons of kosher or marine salt to one quart of water, keep it aerated with an airstone, and let the sea monkey games begin. Brine shrimp eggs are quite stable and have a shelf life of three years without impairment of the hatching process.
