The bloodfin tetra, often confused with the glass bloodfin tetra, has a solid bluish silver body with bright red fins. A Group of these fish make a very pretty school in the fish tank. The bloodfin tetra is a peaceful, very active species and hardy. Long-lived for a small fish and active most of the day.
