Texas Cichlid

Yeee haw! The Texas Cichlid is one of the few cichlids native to Texas (as well as Southern United States as well as Central America). Also, these are one of the few cichlids that feature a green color as the age. Texas cichlids become large predators but are peaceful enough to be kept with fish their own size. At two inches the Texas cichlid can be kept with most community fish and will eat prepared foods.
