These fish are fairly shy when first introduced. They need a good amount of hiding spaces and non-aggressive tankmates. They do have a tendency to nip at corals so maybe not the best selection for a reef aquarium.

• Diet:  mysis or finely shaved frozen shrimp, quality marine pellet food, clams on the half shell, and other meaty items, along with algae and sponge
• Required Tank Size: 180+ gallon
