New Shipping & Order Information

Important information for overnight shipments

Due to the current global situation, airlines such as Delta have been canceling and delaying flights which has made our supply chain less predictable. 

Once you place your order, there may be a delay of 5-7 days before we ship your order.

As always, we will ship your fish overnight and guarantee live delivery from the time of fulfillment.

Just as a reminder:

1. If we can complete 80% or more of the order we will ship it and refund the missing portion of the order.
2. If the order is less than 80% we will ask the hobbyist if he or she prefers to ship the incomplete order, substitute for similar fish, or hold until Tuesday of the following week when we can provide a better fill rate. If the hobbyist still wants the shipment we will ship and refund for any missing fish.
