The red head koi angel has a reddish orange to red top on a marble body, as opposed to the standard koi angel which has a less vibrant orange color. These angelfish do not quite get the mythical bright red color seen in google images but never seen in the trade, but the color is a much brighter orange than typical koi angelfish.
