Care Guide
Tank setup: Give them a heater, a gentle filter and plenty of plants. Endlers are small, so a sponge filter or a sponge over the filter intake keeps them safe.
Feeding: Feed a quality flake, crushed small, or micro pellets once or twice a day, only as much as they eat in a couple of minutes. They also enjoy frozen brine shrimp.
Tankmates: Endlers do well with other small, peaceful fish such as small rasboras, corydoras, otocinclus and shrimp. Avoid larger fish that could eat them.
Good to know: Male endlers are the colorful ones, and a group of males will spar and show off to each other without doing harm.
