This South American Oddball is a hardy, large, schooling fish with a beautiful pink tail. It is perfect for large tanks. These wild South American fish are a schooling fish that many feel belong to the tetra family, and though expensive, the pink tail chalceus does live long and will be gentle with other pet fish, except small species. These fish are predators and will eat small neons and similar species. These are great fish to add to larger species tanks and cichlid tanks.
