Coral Beauty Angelfish
Coral Beauty Angel, Centropyge bispinosus, also known as the Twospined Angelfish, Dusky Angelfish, or just Coral Beauty, features various hues of dark blue, orange, purple, and yellow combining to make a shimmering effect. Care should be had when netting the Coral Beauty as its dorsal spines can easily get tangled - a bucket is suggested. The Coral Beauty can reach up to 4 inches, and is best kept in a tank no less than 55 gallons, along with plenty of live rock with natural algae growth, as it likes to graze on algae in between meals. If you would like to keep more than one per tank, be sure to have a large enough aquarium and introduce them at the same time, to limit territorial aggression. They do not live well with other Angelfish otherwise. They Coral Beauty does do very little or no harm to invertebrates, although they are better about it than other Angelfish, they may occasionally peck at tubeworms or coral polyps. But if they are properly fed they will often ignore corals altogether.
