Similar to raphael, these catfish are known for their protesting grunts when held out of the water. In the tank their noises can be heard against the glass. Chocolate talking catfish prefer some driftwood in the tank. These Peruvian natives are docile and get along with all other species but they will swallow smaller tank mates that fit in their mouth so plan accordingly.
