The bumblebee platy, or bumble bee platy, is a remarkable color variation that is difficult to achieve and thus these platies are considered, along with the bleeding heart platy and the panda platy, to be premium hybrids. One bumblebee platy might not be as spectacular an obvious, but a small school truly resembles a small swarm of bees.
