The black galaxy shrimp grade A to S are high quality grade (higher than "pinto" et al). Not nearly as expensive as Grade SSS or Grade SS, that sell for $100s, but we have a tough time telling the difference. Galaxy shrimp feature spots and stripes and very very bold color contrasts.
