The Humpback Dragon Puffer from Thailand is a full freshwater puffer fish. These puffers swim in slow-moving ponds and streams and use their camouflage to catch their prey. Except for snails, no camouflage required for those critters. Dragon Puffers will tolerate other tankmates of similar size and will eat any snails they can get their beak on. The puffer fish also feeds on frozen meaty foods.

Care Guide
Tank setup: Give them plants, rocks and hiding places, and good filtration, since puffers are messy eaters.
Feeding: Puffers need meaty foods and usually won't eat flake. Feed frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp once a day. They also enjoy small snails, which help keep their teeth trimmed.
Tankmates: Dragon puffers are ambush predators that may bite other fish. Keep them alone or only with large, robust fish of similar size.
Good to know: Dragon puffers spend much of their time sitting still and blending in, then lunge at food.
